Airtel 3G bangalore speed test

I just activated Airtel 3G on my iPhone 4 and the experience is unlike Tata DoCoMo. I got 1+ Mbps download speed :) Attaching my speed test results conducted near Shantinagar Hocket Stadium :)

I activated 3G following instructions from http://www.fonearena.com/blog/29518/airtel-3g-plans-tariffs.html and you can also get the tariff information from the above link.

D: 1.04 Mbps U: 0.54 Mbps

D: 133.5 KBps U: 69.0 KBps

I have activated 3G in bangalore. The speed of 3G is hopeless. I’ve got around 30 Kbps speed in 3G.
